Rates & Insurance
Private Pay Rates
$150 per 50-minute session. Couples are $175 for a 50-minute session. Each therapist may be able to do a sliding scale based on limited availability. Please ask this question during the 15-minute consult. Group sessions will be $50 per person.
Insurance
At this time, we are not taking insurance. However, your insurance company may allow us to give you a Superbill for services. You can be reimbursed depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. Services can be covered in full or in part. Don’t hesitate to contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment will be processed on the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Any session canceled after the 48-hour window will be charged to your card on file.
